The diagnostic framework applied at institutional and democratic scale.

The Architecture of Coherence documents the mechanisms at organizational scale, where the evidence is operational, the consequences are survivable, and the analytical distance is possible. The Architecture of Capture extends the same diagnostic framework upward: to regulatory and administrative institutions, to the constitutional structures designed to prevent democratic backsliding, and to the mechanisms by which those structures erode and are dismantled.

The organizational evidence is the proof of concept. The reader who has watched a career framework captured by proximity to power, or a performance process redesigned to protect dysfunction, or an epistemological infrastructure dismantled to prevent accurate self-perception; that reader does not need the institutional-scale evidence explained from first principles. They have already seen it. At smaller scale, with survivable consequences.

The argument is that the anatomy of capture does not change. Only the scale of consequence.
